Employee Code of Conduct
DEW’s employee code applies to employees and management. DEW’s annual supply-chain report describes how the code addresses forced labour, child labour and human trafficking, and directs employees to report suspected violations.

Supplier Code of Conduct
DEW sets minimum standards for vendors, subcontractors, contract manufacturers and intermediaries. The supplier code covers worker rights and safety, environmental responsibility, legal compliance, fair competition, conflicts of interest, confidential information and sourcing. Suppliers are expected to apply these standards throughout their supply chains.
